November 13: Arrival in Paris had us sitting with a view of The Louvre @cafe_marly, walking and late night drinks @fsgeorgevparis – always love the flowers!
First full day Friday was so much fun! Long walk with @nate.podolsky to the Eiffel Tower, with 🥐 + ☕️ stops of course! Then we were joined by one of my longtime besties @roopalpatel1989 who came from Geneva for the weekend to front us on our broken French and smile, laugh and catch up! Musee Picasso 🎨 some shopping, more walking and dinner …and a later night visit to the Hemingway Bar @ritzparis before collapsing. 🥂

November 14: Work hard. Don’t Stop. 💫 Trip of a lifetime with my son creating memories worth more than any possession. @nate.podolsky

November 16: There’s no denying the housing market is undergoing a shift this season.
Even though the supply of homes for sale has increased in 2022, inventory is still low overall.
That means it’s still a sellers’ market.
This graph helps put the inventory growth into perspective. Using data from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), it shows just how far off we are from flipping to a buyers’ market.
While buyers have regained some negotiation power as inventory has grown, your potential sellers still haven’t missed their window.

November 25: Thankful for a quiet holiday with my sweet dad this year. After a really rough 2021 in so many ways – especially losing my mom, 2022 was an amazing year filled with so many personal bests and joyful celebrations with my kids 🙏 But, living far from your family and sharing your kids with your ex husband’s family can be lonely on holidays like 🦃. This year was our “off year” for the holiday, meaning everyone in our family is scattered leaving just me and dad!
It has been a special week filled with a lot of laughter and sharing memories of my mom and my childhood. Showing off dad to friends at Carmine’s, walking and enjoying the crisp fall days in Bellevue, Kraken date with dad, binging a few shows and a gorgeous dinner at the Four Seasons – lots to be thankful for this year!
Health & Happiness to all! 💋
